To run the TA queue, type in the password (same as we use for e-mail) and click on Launch.
You control the status of the queue. Possiblities are: Active. Students can add/remove themselves from the queue. Use this when you are on duty. Frozen. Students can remove themselves from the queue. Use this shortly before going off duty so you can help students who have been waiting without while preventing the queue from getting any longer. Inactive. All students are removed from the queue and no more can be added. Be sure to use this when you go off duty. In addition, you can remove anyone from the queue by selecting them and then clicking on "Remove". If the queue gets to be long, I suggest that when you finish helping a student, you display the queue on their machine. Remove them and then move directly to the next person.
